NetJets Pilots Ratify New Eight-Year Agreement
NetJets announced today that its Pilots have ratified a new collective bargaining agreement.
“Our Pilots are a huge part of the NetJets story and a critical reason why we are leaders in our industry. They are consummate safety and service professionals who take care of our Owners and their guests from takeoff to touchdown… and beyond. This contract reflects their vitally important role in our success and the contribution they will make to our future,” said Shane Eyer, President of NetJets Aviation.
Eyer said that this year’s period of negotiations was critical in reaching an agreement and expressed his appreciation on behalf of every NetJets stakeholder for the dedication of the company and union negotiating teams who worked through the summer and fall in dozens of negotiating sessions. He also offered the Company’s appreciation for the support of the National Mediation Board and especially Mediator Victoria Gray for her guidance and direction since joining the negotiations earlier in 2015.
